Shipping Policy
At Prime Saffron, we carefully pack and ship every order to ensure your saffron arrives fresh and in perfect condition.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
US Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: $8 for orders under $35. Free for orders of $35 or more. Estimated transit time is 3–5 days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: $15. Estimated transit time is 1–2 days after dispatch.
Transit estimates are separate from the 1–2 business day processing time and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more within the United States.
International Shipping: We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days).
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website.
Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@primesaffronllc.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
Undelivered Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
